What I have learned in my own personal journey, is that authorization does not come from external validation. It comes from understanding who you are, whose you are, and what you’ve been entrusted with.

To be authorized means:

• You recognize your agency and influence

• You accept the call to steward what has been placed in your hands

Authorization is not arrogance. It is alignment.

Life by design does not mean life without difficulty. It means life with direction.
